摘要
本文利用TRIZ理论的研究,对制备对苯二甲酸系统进行分析,应用TRIZ理论的一般流程,用40个发明原理、39个工程参数、矛盾矩阵、物理矛盾、物一场模型分析、发明问题的标准解法等方法进行了降低反应过程中结垢技术的解决,从而提高了对苯二甲酸生产转化率。
In this paper,the research of TRIZ theory is used to analyze the preparation of terephthalic acid system.With the general process of TRIZ theory,40 invention principles,39 engineering parameters,contradiction matrix,physical contradiction,matter field model analysis,standard solution of invention problems and other methods are used to solve the technology to reduce scaling during the reaction,so as to improve the conversion rate of terephthalic acid production.
