摘要
以芘甲醛和3,4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料,设计合成了一种可以同时检测酸性和碱性范围的pH荧光探针,并通过核磁、质谱对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:在二甲基亚砜(体积分数30%)的缓冲溶液中,该探针对pH<6.0和pH>9.5范围内的pH检测都有比色和荧光响应,pKa分别为4.69和10.40,而相同条件下探针对其他离子几乎无类似的识别现象.因此,该探针对酸性和碱性范围内的pH检测具有明显的特异性识别响应.
A pH fluorescent probe capable of detecting both acidic and alkaline ranges was designed and synthe-sized from pyrene-1-carboxaldehyde and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde.The spectroscopic experiment results show that in dimethyl sulfoxide(volume fraction being 30%)aqueous solution,the probe has colorimetric and fluores-cence responses for detecting pH in both pH<6.0 and pH>9.5,the pK a values being 4.69 and 10.40,respectively,while there is almost no similar recognition of other ions under the same conditions.Therefore,the probe has a spe-cific recognition response for pH detection in the acidic and alkaline ranges.
