Situation,Problems and paths of the First-class Engineering and Technical Personnel Training

面临新一轮科技革命和产业变革新形势、制造业转型升级新挑战和加入国际实质等效标准的新契机,我国工程技术人才培养仍然存在偏重理科属性、忽视工程伦理教育、队伍建设待加强、产教融合不深入等问题。培养一流工程技术人才,需要优化学科建设和专业集群的发展路径,凸显工程技术人才培养特色;回归工程实践本质的内容体系,加强卓越工程师培养的内涵建设;提升专业综合能力,打造高水平师资队伍;健全产教融合、校企协同育人机制,协调各方育人资源和力量。

Facing the new situation of technological revolution and industrial transformation,new challenges of manufacturing transformation and upgrading,and new opportunities to join the international substantive equivalent standards,there are still problems in China’s engineering and technical personnel training,such as overemphasizing the nature of science,ignoring the engineering ethics education,and the construction of faculty team needs to be strengthened,the integration of production and teaching is not indepth.To cultivate first-class engineering talents,what needs doing is specified as follows:optimize the path of discipline construction and professional cluster development,highlight the characteristics of engineering talents training;return to the content system of the essence of engineering practice,strengthen the connotation construction of excellent engineer training;improve professional comprehensive ability,construct a high-level faculty team;improve the education mechanism of integration of production with education and cooperation between school and enterprise,coordinate the resources and strength of education of all parties.
