摘要
德国学者阿曼的翻译批评五步功能模式以其明确的批评目标和清晰的批评步骤而具有良好的适用性。本文通过对比梳理艾柯的文艺阐释学理论和阿曼的翻译批评模式发现:该模式因为将翻译批评中关注的要素、认知语言学的框架-情境模式以及艾柯的文艺阐释学理论相融合而具有系统性和跨学科的特点;模式的评价步骤充分体现出艾柯的模范读者、文本意图和过度阐释等概念特征,因此可以视为借助文学批评理论构建翻译批评理论的经典案例。本文认为,文学批评理论丰富的内容能够为翻译批评理论的构建提供坚实的理论基础和独特的研究视角。
The functional model of translation criticism proposed by German scholar Margret Ammann is known for its great adaptability derived from the exact object of criticism and clear critical steps. This study analyzes Eco’s interpretation theory and Ammann’s model and finds out that the model combines together the elements in translation criticism,the scenes-frames model and the literary interpretation theory by Eco so as to acquire its own systematic and interdisciplinary features;such concepts as the model reader,the text intention and over-interpretation appear frequently in the five steps of the model. This model can be considered as the case of constructing the theory of translation criticism with the help of the theory of literary studies. It therefore can be concluded that the rich theoretical contents of literary criticism can provide solid theoretical foundation and unique perspective for the construction of translation criticism.
