摘要
借鉴日本技能人才培养的成功经验,对我国推行企业新型学徒制培养技能人才有重要的启示。当前,明确技能人才"应用"培养导向、还原技能人才"企业"培养属性、强化技能人才"企业导师"培养角色、充实技能人才"实践型"培养课程、突出技能人才"X证书"培养标准,成为推行企业新型学徒制培养技能人才的应然路径。
Learning from the successful experience of Japanese skilled talents training, it has important enlightenment for our country to carry out the new apprenticeship of enterprises to cultivate skilled talents. At present, it is the appropriate way to promote the new apprenticeship of enterprises to cultivate skilled talents by making clear the "application" training orientation of skilled talents, reducing the "enterprise" training attribute of skilled talents, strengthening the training role of "enterprise mentor" of skilled talents, enriching the "practical" training courses of skilled talents, and highlighting the "X Certificate" training standard of skilled talents.
