印度英语教育对我国中小学英语教师培训的启示

摘要 印度语言教育的三语方案既巩固了官方语言印地语的地位又使英语的影响力得到增强,同时也保护了地方民族语言的发展。印度宽厚的英语教育社会基础造就了良好的英语教育环境。印度英语教育对高端人才培养产生积极的影响,印度软件开发和IT应用型人才具有庞大的规模和雄厚的实力。印度基础英语教师培训对我国基础英语教师培训有许多可借鉴之处。我国基础英语教师培训要创建提升教师培训动力的运行机制,要构建教师培训的多元模式,要建立对培训主体机构的评估制度。 Program In Three Languages of Indian language education not only consolidates the status of the official language Hindi, but also enhances the influence of English, and at the same time protects the development of local national languages. India’s wide and rich social foundation of English education has created a good English education environment. English education in India has a positive impact on the cultivation of high-end talents. India’s software development and IT applied talents have a huge scale and solid strength. India’s elementary English teacher training has many references for China’s training of elementary English teachers. In order to improve the training motivation of elementary English teachers in our country, we need to establish the operating mechanism, build the multiple model of teacher training and establish the evaluation system for the main body of training.
