双肢拼合热轧槽钢梁受弯性能的非线性有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究一种新型装配式梁板集成组合楼盖中双肢拼合热轧槽钢梁的受弯性能,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对拼合梁进行数值分析,考察了螺栓间距、螺栓预紧力、螺栓种类和螺栓布置方式对双肢拼合热轧槽钢梁的破坏模式和极限受弯承载力的影响。结果表明:试件极限受弯承载力低于同截面整梁,且其破坏模式均为弯扭失稳破坏;双肢拼合热轧槽钢梁的极限受弯承载力与单槽钢梁相比具有"1+1≥2"的拼合效应;螺栓间距对双肢拼合热轧槽钢梁的承载力影响较大,而螺栓预紧力、螺栓种类和螺栓布置方式对其影响较小。 In order to investigate the flexural capacity of hot-rolled channel steel double-limb built-up beams which are adopted in a new kind of assembly floors,finite element software ABAQUS is used to conduct numerical simulation.The influence of bolt spacing,bolt pre-tightening force,bolt type,bolt arrangement on failure modes and ultimate flexural capacity is analyzed.The following conclusions can be obtained.The flexural capacity of specimens is lower than that of the whole beam with same section,and the failure mode of specimens is flexural-torsional buckling.The flexural capacity of hotrolled channel steel double-limb built-up beams is more than twice that of single-limb beam.The bolt spacing has a larger impact on the flexural capacity of specimens,while the bolt pre-tightening force,bolt type,bolt arrangement have little impact.
