摘要
单边螺栓连接技术广泛应用于钢梁与钢管柱的高强螺栓端板连接。通过试验研究了单边螺栓T形连接节点的拉伸性能,共发现3种破坏模式:T形翼缘完全屈服、T形翼缘屈服伴随螺栓断裂和螺纹破坏。试验结果表明:1)增加T形翼缘的厚度可以提高节点的极限承载力,并增大节点的刚度;2)即使在T形翼缘较薄时,螺纹孔仍可提供足够的锚固力以确保节点不发生螺纹破坏;3)增加螺母并不能提高T形节点的屈服强度,但可以防止翼缘屈服后上下翼缘板完全脱开;4)节点是发生螺纹破坏还是螺杆断裂,取决于螺杆直径与锚固螺纹长度的大小。
The bolted beam to box column endplate connection using high-strength one-side bolts has been widely used.Meanwhile,the pre-fabrication level of construction can be improved.Tests are carried out to investigate the tensile behavior of one-side bolted T-stub through thread holes.T-stubs with different flange thickness have three failure modes in the tests.They are T-stub flange yielding,T-stub flange yielding with bolt failure,and hole thread failure.The test results show the ultimate tension strength and stiffness of a T-stub increase with the increase in flange thickness.For a T-stub with thin flange,the thread hole can also provide sufficient clamping force to ensure the Tstub does not fail in thread failure.The existence of nuts does not improve the yield strength of a T-stub,however,it can prevent the separation of two T-stubs after flange yielding.It depends on the screwed length and the bolt diameter whether the bolted T-stubs fail in thread shear fear or the bolt shank fracture.
