进入新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,而实现"美好生活"也是全人类共同的诉求。国际组织和部分国家在"美好生活"的评价和度量上有较成熟的体系,排名前列的国家也在实现"美好生活"路径上有丰富的实践经验。通过分析国际组织"美好生活"评价体系,对比我国与"美好生活"国家和地区的绩效差距,有助于深刻把握"美好生活"的内涵,清晰认识我国"美好生活"的发展目标。对解决新时代我国社会主要矛盾,最终实现"美好生活"提出了启示:在深入理解和把握"美好生活"内涵的基础上,坚持把经济高质量发展作为第一要务;推动金融供给侧结构性改革,打造健康的资本市场和房地产市场;重视人的全面发展和社会的全面进步,在环境、安全、教育、法治、公平等非物质性目标方面提升人民幸福感。

In the new era,the principal contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,and the realization of "a better life" is the common appeal of all mankind.International organizations and some countries have a mature system for evaluating and measuring the "better life",and the countries at the top of the ranking have rich practical experience in realizing the "better life".Analyzing of the "better life" evaluation system of International organizations,comparing theperformance gap of China,is helpful to grasp the connotation of the "better life" deeply,understand China’s "better life" development goals.It has enlightenment significance in dealing with the new era of social principal contradictions of our country and finally realizing the "better life".
