乡村振兴战略下现代农业经营主体的金融支持研究--以伊犁州直为例

Research on Financial Support of Modern Agricultural Operators under the Rural Revitalization Strategy:A Case Study of Yili

培育现代农业经营主体、加快发展现代农业是落实党的十九大精神、实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措,是新时代做好"三农"工作的总抓手。本文结合伊犁州直实际,在分析当前金融支持现代农业经营主体发展现状的基础上,针对金融支持现代农业经营主体存在的薄弱环节,借鉴国外现代农业经营主体发展经验,提出相关政策建议。

Cultivating the modern agricultural operators and speeding up the development of modern agriculture is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 19 th Communist Part of China National Congress and implement the rural revitalization strategy,meanwhile it’s the main focus of doing a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.Based on the actual situation of Yili,this paper analyzes the development of modern agricultural operators.Aiming at weak links in financial support for modern agriculture operators,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the basis of referring to the development experience of foreign modern agricultural operators.
