摘要
合成了适于制备碳预制体的树脂,这种树脂在一定温度下有较好的流动性,易于成型;热解后的碳预制体有一定强度,微孔体积分数可调,有良好的反应活性,在1500℃与 Si 反应转化为β-SiC。对制得的反应烧结 SiC 做了金相、X 射线,电镜观察。结果表明,用这种先躯体树脂制备反应烧结 SiC 具有较佳的综合性能。
A mixture of two kinds of resins was synthesized.This mixture has good fluidityat certain temperature and therefore easy to mould complex shape parts.After pyrolysis,a ex-cellent carbon preform with proper strength and adjustable volume fraction of microvoids wasproduced.The preformative skeletal carbon has excellent reaction activity with molten Si at1500℃ to form β-SiC.Metallography,X-ray diffraction and electromicroscopy observationshowed that this SiC preparaiton process is suitable to product complex parts.
