中医饮食调护对维持性血液透析患者营养状况及生活质量的研究分析

Research and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diet adjustment for nutritional status and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的研究中医饮食调护对维持性血液透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年3月~2017年12月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者74例进行研究,所有患者均进行血液透析,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组均37例。对照组采用常规护理方式,在此基础上,观察组进行中医饮食调护干预。对两组患者的营养状况及生活质量进行分析。结果观察组患者的营养状况、生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医饮食调护能够极大程度改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM diet on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 74 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects of this study.All patients underwent hemodialysis,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and on the basis of this,the observation group conducted TCM diet adjustment intervention.The nutritional status and quality of life of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results The nutritional status and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between data of the two group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM diet adjustment can greatly improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
