Implementation and effect analysis of humanistic nursing care in psychiatric nursing

目的探讨人文关怀在精神科护理中的实施及效果分析。方法将2016年3月~2019年3月在我院精神科治疗的60例精神疾病患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用人文关怀护理,比较两组患者的康复各指标变化、人文关怀评分、护理满意度评分、日常生活能力评分。结果观察组护理后1、3个月的BPRS评分、SDSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组保护隐私、尊重患者、服务态度、关心病情、探视时间合理、护患协作等人文关怀评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对服务主动热情、环境设施、病区安全管理、心理健康教育、人文关怀等护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在出院时社交能力、生活功能、家务能力、兴趣爱好等日常生活能力评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀在精神科护理中的实施及效果显著,有助于精神症状的缓解,提升康复质量,提高护理质量及护理满意度,促进患者日常生活能力的恢复,利于患者早期回归社会生活。

Objective To explore the implementation and effect analysis of humanistic nursing care in psychiatric nursing.Methods Sixty patients with mental illness treated in psychiatric department of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received humanistic nursing care.Changes in rehabilitation indicators,humanistic care score,nursing satisfaction score and daily living score were compared between the two groups.Results The BPRS score and SDSS score of the observation group at 1 and 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The humanistic care scores of the observation group on protecting privacy,respecting patients,service attitude,caring for illness,reasonable visiting time,and nurse-patient cooperation were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group in relation to active service enthusiasm,environmental facilities,ward safety management,mental health education,and humanistic care were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability such as social ability,living function,housework ability and hobbies at the time of discharge in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care in psychiatric nursing has significant effects,which helps to alleviate psychiatric symptoms,enhances the quality of rehabilitation,improves the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction,promotes the recovery of patients'daily life ability,and also facilitate the early return to social life.
