综合性护理措施对256层螺旋CT血管成像冠心病患者不良反应的影响

Investigation on the effects of comprehensive nursing measures on adverse reactions in patients with coronary heart disease by 256-slice spiral CT angiography

目的探讨256层螺旋CT血管成像冠心病患者应用综合性护理对不良反应的影响。方法选取2017年3月~2019年3月在本院行256层螺旋CT血管成像检查的60例冠心病患者为研究对象,以护理方法不同,分为两组,各30例。研究组检查期间应用综合性护理措施,对照组应用一般性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组不良反应率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%;研究组检查完成度为100.00%,高于对照组的86.67%;研究组检查舒适度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%;研究的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者进行256层螺旋CT血管成像检查时应用综合性护理,能有效减轻不良反应,确保检查的舒适度和完成度,同时提高患者对护理的满意度,临床中值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing measures on adverse reactions in patients with coronary heart disease by 256-slice spiral CT angiography.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent 256-slice spiral CT angiography at our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group,according to different nursing methods.During the examination,the study group applied comprehensive nursing measures,while the control group applied general nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The adverse reaction rate in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(26.67%);The examination completion in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(86.67%);The examination comfort in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%);The nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.67%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with coronary heart disease during 256-slice spiral CT angiography examination can effectively reduce adverse reactions,ensure the comfort and completion of examination,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
