疼痛管理路径在缓解带状疱疹神经痛患者疼痛程度和减少不良反应发生率中的作用

The role of pain management pathway in relieving pain and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with herpes zoster neuralgia

目的研究疼痛管理路径在缓解带状疱疹神经痛患者疼痛程度和减少不良反应发生率中的作用。方法将本院从2016年5月1日~2019年5月1日收治的80例带状疱疹神经痛患者,随机分为试验组(疼痛管理路径护理)和对照组(常规护理),各40例。比较两组的疼痛缓解程度及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗前数字评价量表(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗5d后和治疗10d后,两组的VAS评分均较治疗前减小,且试验组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的便秘和不良反应总发生率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理路径可明显减缓带状疱疹神经痛,并减少不良反应发生率,可于临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the role of pain management pathway in relieving pain and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia admitted to our hospital from May 1,2016 to May 1,2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(pain management pathway nursing)and the control group(conventional nursing),40 cases in each group.The degree of pain relief and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment digital evaluation scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after 5 days and 10 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of constipation and adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain management pathway can significantly alleviate herpes zoster neuralgia and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which can be applied in clinical practice.
