个体化背景音乐对神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者术前心血管应激反应的影响

Effects of individualized background music on preoperative cardiovascular stress response in patients undergoing neuroendoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection

目的探讨个体化背景音乐对神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者术前心血管应激反应的影响。方法选取2016年10月~2018年11月我院行神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术的垂体瘤患者106例,按随机数字表法分为试验组(n=53)、对照组(n=53)。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上以个体化背景音乐施行干预。比较两组入院时、术前15min心血管应激反应指标(舒张压、收缩压、心率)、抑郁评分(SDS)、焦虑评分(SAS)。结果两组入院时舒张压、收缩压及心率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术前15min舒张压、收缩压及心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术前15min SDS与SAS分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化背景音乐应用于行神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术的垂体瘤患者可减轻患者术前心血管应激反应,缓解负性情绪。

Objective To explore effects of individualized background music on preoperative cardiovascular stress response in patients undergoing neuro-endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.Methods 106 patients with pituitary adenoma who underwent neuro-endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection in our hospital from October 2016 to November 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group(n=53)and the control group(n=53).The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group was given individualized background music for intervention on basis of routine nursing.Cardiovascular stress response indexes(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate),depression score(SDS)and anxiety score(SAS)were compared between the two groups at admission and 15 min before surgery.Results There was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate at admission between the two groups(P>0.05).The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were lower than the control group at 15 min before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group at 15 min before operation were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of individualized background music in patients undergoing neuro-endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection can alleviate the preoperative cardiovascular stress response and relieve negative emotions.
