尘肺病肺功能监测结果血气分析与临床症状关系探讨

Relationships between pulmonary function monitoring results and blood gas analysis with clinical symptoms in pneumoconiosis

目的研究尘肺病功能监测结果血气分析与临床症状的关系。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月医院收治的尘肺病患者120例,根据肺功能监测结果和血气分析结果,对所有患者进行分级。比较不同年龄段、不同分期患者的肺功能异常和血气异常情况,分析肺功能损伤及血气分析结果和临床症状的关系。结果>40岁的患者肺功能异常率及血气指标异常率均高于≤40岁的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺功能及血气指标异常率、肺功能异常及症状情况,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尘肺病患者缺氧症状与肺功能监测结果及血气分析异常没有明显关联,可结合肺功能监测结果与血气分析结果,提高疾病诊断和分期准确率。

Objective To investigate the relationships between pulmonary function monitoring results and blood gas analysis with clinical symptoms in pneumoconiosis.Methods 120 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.All patients were graded according to the pulmonary function monitoring results and blood gas analysis.The abnormal pulmonary function and abnormal blood gas of patients of different ages and different stages were compared,and the relationships between pulmonary function impairment and blood gas analysis results with clinical symptoms were analyzed.Results The abnormal rates of pulmonary function and blood gas index in patients>40 years old were significantly higher than those in patients≤40 years old,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of pulmonary function and blood gas index,pulmonary dysfunction and symptoms were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant correlation between hypoxia symptoms and pulmonary function monitoring results or abnormal blood gas analysis in patients with pneumoconiosis.The results of pulmonary function monitoring and blood gas analysis can be combined to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis and staging.
