钼靶摄影对腺体型乳房乳腺癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of mammography in glandular breast cancer

目的通过对腺体型乳房乳腺癌患者进行影像学检查,找出最佳影像诊断方法。方法对我院2016~2017年45例腺体型乳房乳腺癌患者进行钼靶摄影、超声及CT检查。结果45例患者钼靶检查较其他两种方法乳腺癌影像征象更典型。结论乳腺钼靶摄影是腺体型乳房乳腺癌最有效、最可靠的诊断方法。

Objective To discover the optimal imaging diagnostic method through the imaging examination of patients with glandular breast cancer.Methods Mammography,ultrasound,and CT examination were performed on 45 patients with glandular breast cancer at our hospital from 2016 to 2017.Results Compared with the other two methods,the mammography of 45 patients showed more typical imaging signs of breast cancer.Conclusion Mammography is the most effective and reliable method for the diagnosis of glandular breast cancer.
