现场抢救系统在急性脑出血患者急救中的疗效及对患者预后的影响分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the efficacy of on-site rescue system in emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on patient prognosis

摘要 目的观察现场抢救系统在急性脑出血患者急救中的疗效及对患者预后的影响分析。方法选取我院2015年1月~2019年6月收治急性脑出血患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与实验组(40例),其中实验组患者采取现场抢救系统,而对照组患者未予现场抢救系统。比较两组患者抢救效果、不良事件发生率及抢救前、治疗后预后情况即运动功能评定表(FMA)、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)。结果实验组患者与对照组抢救总有效为95.00%&77.50%,实验组与对照组抢救不良事件发生率为2.50%&20.00%,治疗后两组患者较抢救前FMA评分提升,NIHSS评分下降,且实验组患者FMA评分明显高于对照组,而NIHSS评分明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑出血患者急救中采取现场抢救系统进行抢救,可获得较好的抢救效果,减少抢救过程中不良事件的发生,改善患者治疗后的运动功能与神经功能水平,改善预后,效果理想。 Objective To observe the efficacy of on-site rescue system in emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on patient prognosis.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage recently(January 2015-June 2019)admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the experimental group adopted on-site rescue system,while patients in the control group were not given on-site rescue system.The rescue effect and incidence of adverse events,as well as the pre-and post-rescue prognosis,namely the motor function assessment table(FMA)and neurological deficit(NIHSS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rescue in the experimental group and the control group was 95.00%and 77.50%,respectively.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group and the control group was 2.50% and 20.00%,respectively.After treatment,the FMA score of patients in the two groups increased compared to before rescue,and the NIHSS score decreased compared to before rescue.The post-rescue FMA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,the on-site rescue system for rescue can obtain better rescue effects,reduce the incidence of adverse events during the rescue process,improve the patient’s motor function and neurological function after treatment,and improve the prognosis,with ideal effects.
