摘要
目的分析去骨瓣减压术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法选取本院2017年12月~2019年1月接收的60例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案将其分为A组与B组。A组(n=30)实施开颅血肿清除术;B组(n=30)在A组治疗基础上实施去骨瓣减压术。观察两组手术治疗效果、活动功能(ADL)分级与治疗前后的神经功能(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗后,B组优良率(93.33%)高于A组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组ADLⅠ级例数多于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,B组NIHSS评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去骨瓣减压术治疗高血压脑出血可改善患者神经功能的缺损,并且还能提高患者的活动功能,其治疗效果明显。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment options.Group A(n=30)underwent craniotomy evacuation of hematoma,while group B(n=30)underwent decompressive craniectomy on the basis of group A.The surgical therapeutic effect,activity function(ADL)grading and neurological function(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the excellent rate in group B(93.33%)was higher than that in group A(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were more cases with ADL GradeⅠin group B than in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of group B was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Decompressive craniectomy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve neurological deficit of patients,and can also improve the patient’s activity function,with obvious therapeutic effects.
