摘要
为了提高机器人自动化抛光的效率,分析了抛光轮在抛光过程中的磨损规律。首先从理论角度推导出抛光过程中抛光轮的磨损方程。在此基础上,通过试验获取抛光轮磨损的数据,对数据进行拟合,获得磨损速率与工艺参数的关系。最终得到抛光轮在特定工艺参数下的磨损速率。
To raise the industrial robot’s polishing efficiency,the analysis of the wear of polishing wheel is carried out. The wearing function of the polishing process is established by the polishing theory. Then the wearing function is fitted based on the testing data,establishing the connection between wearing ratio and processing parameters. The wearing ratio in certain working condition is predicted by the wearing function.
