Modeling of Warehouse Energy Consumption Problem Based on New Layout Modes

摘要 随着绿色能源发展理念的不断深入,仓储行业对于仓库设计的要求已不仅仅只关注缩短运输距离或时间,降低能耗也成为日益重要的目标。在考虑仓库叉车作业能耗最优的背景下,针对立体仓库初步设计阶段的布局选择问题进行了研究,并引入高度因素,利用遗传算法及非线性数值优化技术,求解三种布局(传统布局、Flying-v、Fishbone布局)理念下的最优布局及最小能耗期望值,并进行横向对比。研究结果表明,大部分情况下,两种新布局相对传统布局能达到5%~20%乃至更高的能耗减少,且对比结果不同于以运输距离为目标的研究。这为仓库设计中的布局方式选择提供了参考。 With the deepening of the concept of green energy development,the industry’s requirements for warehouse design have not only focused on shortening the travel distance or time,but also reducing energy consumption and it has become an increasingly important goal. In the context of considering the optimal energy consumption of warehouse forklifts,this paper studies the layout selection problem in the preliminary design stage of the three-dimensional warehouse,and introduces the height factor,using genetic algorithm and nonlinear numerical optimization technology to find the optimal layout and minimum energy consumption expectations of three layouts( traditional layout,Flying-v,Fishbone layout). The results show that in most cases,the two new layout designs can achieve 5% to 25% or higher energy consumption reduction compared with the traditional layout,and the optimization results are different from the case of considering the travel distance. This provides a reference for the layout choices in the warehouse design.
