Influencing factors and progress in prevention and control of post-stroke complications

脑卒中后会产生多种并发症,包括感染、消化道出血、营养不良等,因为不同的影响因素会诱发不同并发症。因此,需要对脑卒中后患者进行针对性预防、干预,防止不同并发症的发生。近年来,关于影响脑卒中后并发症发生的影响因素研究取得较大进展,文章将这些研究进展进行分析总结,为临床预防及治疗脑卒中后并发症提供帮助。

There are many complications after stroke,including post-stroke infection,gastrointestinal bleeding,malnutrition and so on.Because different factors can induce different complications,therefore,patients need to be targeted after stroke prevention,intervention to prevent the occurrence of different complications.In recent years,great progress has been made in the analysis of influencing factors affecting post-stroke complications.This article will summarize the progress of this kind of research and provide help for clinical prevention and treatment of post-stroke complications.
