盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的价值探析

The value of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery

目的:探讨盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的临床价值。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治早产胎膜早破孕妇86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、焦虑及抑郁评分、宫缩抑制平均时间、妊娠时间延长、围产儿不良结局发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破孕妇可获得较好的效果,可减少不良围产儿结局。

Objective:To explore the value of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,86 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate;the observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,anxiety and depression scores,the mean time of uterine contraction inhibition,the time of prolonged pregnancy,and the incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes in premature delivery can achieve better results and reduce the adverse perinatal outcome.
