铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the effect of the combination of magnesium bicarbonate and omeprazole in the clinical treatment of patients with active gastric ulcer

目的:观察铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治活动期胃溃疡患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组仅采取奥美拉唑治疗,试验组在奥美拉唑口服的基础上联合使用铝碳酸镁治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后胃溃疡直径明显减小,胃液pH水平明显上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组胃溃疡直径明显小于对照组,胃液pH水平明显高于对照组,治愈率、总有效率及6个月内复发率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在活动期胃溃疡患者的临床治疗中,采取铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗可明显减小胃溃疡直径,提升并平稳胃液pH水平,提高治愈率与总有效率,降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the effect of the combination of magnesium bicarbonate and omeprazole in the clinical treatment of patients with active gastric ulcer.Methods:102 patients with active gastric ulcer were selected from January 2016 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group only took omeprazole orally,while the experimental group was treated with magnesium bicarbonate on the basis of omeprazole oral administration.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the diameter of gastric ulcer decreased significantly and the level of pH in gastric juice increased significantly in both groups,the diameter of gastric ulcer in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the pH level of gastric juice in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the cure rate,total effective rate,incidence of complications and recurrence rate within 6 months in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with active gastric ulcer,the combination of magnesium bicarbonate and omeprazole can significantly reduce the diameter of gastric ulcer,increase and stabilize the level of pH in gastric juice,increase the cure rate and total effective rate,and reduce the incidence of complications after treatment.
