一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效研究

A study on the effect of one-off root canal in the treatment of acute pulpitis

目的:研究一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法:2017年1-12月收治急性牙髓炎患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。参照组行多次根管治疗,研究组行一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况和整体治疗效果。结果:研究组患者术后VAS评分显著低于参照组,治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎,能有效减轻术后疼痛,减少患者就诊次数,提升整体治疗效果,是理想的治疗方案。

Objective:To study the effect of one-off root canal therapy in the clinical treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:98 patients with acute pulpitis were selected from January to December 2017,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group received multiple root canal therapy;The study group received one-off root canal treatment.The postoperative pain and the overall treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS score after surgery of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute pulpitis with one-off root canal therapy can effectively reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the number of patients'visits,and improve the overall treatment effect,which is an ideal treatment plan.
