终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy

目的:研究血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治终末期糖尿病肾病患者52例,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组实施血液透析治疗,试验组采取血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗后血红蛋白及血清白蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,血肌酐及胆固醇水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗终末期糖尿病肾病,能有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,52 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 26 cases in each.The control group was treated with hemodialysis;the experimental group was treated with hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after treatment,the hemoglobin and albumin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the serum creatinine and cholesterol levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
