小剂量甲氨蝶呤联合腹腔镜手术保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effects of low-dose methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:研究小剂量甲氨蝶呤联合腹腔镜手术保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年4月收治异位妊娠患者55例,按照治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组给予小剂量甲氨蝶呤联合腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组临床各项指标水平。结果:观察组手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)降至正常时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量甲氨蝶呤联合腹腔镜手术保守治疗异位妊娠疗效显著。

Objective:To study the efficacy of low-dose methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2019,55 cases of ectopic pregnancy were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery and the observation group was treated with low-dose methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery.The clinical indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,the anal exhaust time,the time of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)dropped to normal and the length of stay in the observation group were all significantly shorter than in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is more effective.
