快速镶牙修复与烤瓷牙修复对牙周的危害性分析

Analysis of the harm of rapid inlay and porcelain restoration to periodontium

目的:探究快速镶牙修复与烤瓷牙修复对牙周的危害性。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治接受牙齿修复的患者300例,分为两组。对照组采用快速镶牙修复,观察组接受烤瓷牙修复。比较两组牙周危害情况。结果:观察组患者牙周危害情况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烤瓷牙修复所产生的牙周危害与快速镶牙修复对比明显较低,修复效果相对较好。

Objective:To explore the harm of rapid inlay and porcelain restoration to periodontium.Methods:300 patients received dental restoration were selected from June 2018 to June 2019,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with rapid inlay restoration,the observation group received porcelain teeth restoration.The periodontal hazards of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of periodontal hazards in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The periodontal damage caused by porcelain restoration is significantly lower than that of rapid inlay restoration,and the restoration effect is relatively better.
