肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎的治疗策略

Treatment strategy of perianal acute necrotizing fasciitis

目的:探究肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎(PNF)的治疗策略。方法:2008年12月收治PNF患者27例,根据患者具体病情采取手术和药物方法进行治疗,治疗结束后观察疗效。结果:27例患者中治愈26例,放弃治疗1例,治愈率为96.30%。患者住院时间35~76 d,平均(52.6±4.8)d。患者出院6个月后,经随访调查无复发。结论:PNF发病较急、病情发展迅速,采取合理有效的方法为患者进行治疗,对于提高治愈率、改善患者预后具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the treatment strategy of perianal acute necrotizing fasciitis.Methods:27 patients with perianal acute necrotizing fasciitis were selected in December 2008.According to the specific condition of the patients,surgical therapy and drug therapy were adopted to treat the patients,and the treatment conditions of the patients were investigated after the treatment.Results:26 cases were cured and 1 case gave up treatment,the cure rate was 96.30%.The hospitalization time of the patients was 35~76 d,with an average of(52.6±4.8)d.Six months after discharge,there was no recurrence after follow-up.Conclusion:The incidence of perianal acute necrotizing fasciitis is urgent and the disease develops rapidly.It is of great significance to adopt reasonable and effective methods for the treatment of patients,which is of great significance to improve the cure rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
