苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗社区高血压的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of stabilizing blood pressure on amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets in treating hypertension in community

目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗社区高血压的效果。方法:2019年3-8月收治老年高血压患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,试验组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组血压改善情况、血压控制理想时间及临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血压水平较治疗前均有改善,且试验组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血压控制理想时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片更有助于稳定血压,可以让血压在短时间内得到改善,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of stabilizing blood pressure on amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets in the treatment of hypertension in community.Methods:From March-August 2019,86 elderly patients with hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine and the experimental group with amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets.The improvement of blood pressure,the ideal time of blood pressure control and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure levels in the two groups improved compared with those before treatment and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ideal time of blood pressure control in observation group was shorter than in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets is more helpful for stabilizing blood pressure,which can improve blood pressure in a short time,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
