Laboratory HLA-B27 detection and analysis

目的:探讨人白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)检测的临床意义。方法:收治进行HLA-B27检测的患者759例,分析HLA-B27检测结果。结果:759例患者中阳性198例(26.09%)。198例阳性患者中,男122例(61.61%),女76例(38.38%)。结论:HLA-B27在强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者诊断中具有重要意义,并有利于疾病诊断。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of HLA-B27 in ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:759 patients with HLA-B27 detection were selected,HLA-B27 was used for detection,we analyzed the results.Results:Among 759 cases,198(26.09%)were positive.Among 198 positive cases,122(61.61%)were male and 76(38.38%)were female.Conclusion:HLA-B27 plays an important role in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and is helpful for the diagnosis of disease.
