摘要
目的:分析面向精准放疗装置的医学影像三维建模与配准技术的实施效果。方法:2018年10月-2019年7月收治骨科患者80例,分析面向精准放疗装置的医学影像三维建模技术与配准技术的正位、侧位互信息值拟合曲线及准确度。结果:互信息拟合曲线结果表明,侧位拟合曲线中存在一个极值,此种技术准确率为98.3%。结论:面向精准放疗装置的医学影像三维建模与配准技术的应用,可以为临床诊断准确性提供一定保障。
Objective:To analyze the implementation effect of 3D modeling of medical images and registration technology for precision radiotherapy device.Methods:From October 2018 to July 2019,80 orthopedic patients were enrolled,the positive mutual information value fitting curve,the lateral information value fitting mutual information curve and accuracy of 3D modeling of medical images and registration technology for precision radiotherapy device were compared.Results:The results of fitting mutual information curves showed that there was an extremum in the side-cycle fitting curve,the technical accuracy rate was 98.3%.Conclusion:The application of 3D modeling of medical images and registration technology for precision radiotherapy device can provide a certain guarantee for the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
