摘要
先天性心脏病(CHD)在新生儿先天性畸形中居首位,很多情况下均是中心瓣膜畸形。心脏瓣膜的正常形状和功能对于维持心脏内正常血流是非常重要的,结构和功能异常可改变血液流向及心脏体积和负荷。所以,会对血液循环产生二次影响。通过深入研究胎儿心脏瓣膜的形体,观察其在产前检测到该瓣膜畸形的概率。文章探讨胎儿心脏瓣膜超声波扫描图像的临床应用情况。
Congenital heart disease(CHD)occupies the first place in the congenital malformation of newborn,in many cases,it is the central valve malformation.The normal shape and function of the heart valve is important to maintain the normal blood flow in the heart,abnormal structure and function change the blood flow direction,change the volume and load of the heart.Therefore,it will have a secondary impact on blood circulation.Through in-depth study of fetal heart valve shape,we can expect to detect the probability of valve deformity during prenatal acceptance.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the ultrasonic image and clinical application of fetal heart valve.
