中医情志护理在骨科手术患者治疗效果中的作用

Effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery

目的:探讨中医情志护理在骨科手术患者治疗中的效果和作用。方法:2018年7月-2019年6月收治接受骨科手术治疗的患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。观察组采用中医情志护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理干预措施。对比两组临床护理效果。结果:观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分明显降低,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对骨科手术患者实施中医情志护理干预措施,能转移患者对于术后疼痛的注意力,可有效缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,在一定程度上提高护理满意度,改善护患关系,有利于加快患者术后康复。

Objective:To explore the effect and function of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods:66 patients received orthopaedic surgery were selected from July 2018 to June 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 33 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention measures were adopted in the observation group,and routine nursing intervention measures were used in the control group.We compared clinical nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group decreased significantly after intervention,and were significantly better than those in the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention for patients undergoing orthopedic surgery can divert patients'attention to postoperative pain,effectively relieve anxiety and depression,improve nursing satisfaction to a certain extent,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.it is helpful to speed up the postoperative recovery of patients.
