摘要
目的:探讨在中心静脉置管(CVC)下肝硬化患者中的应用及护理要点。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月应用CVC的肝硬化患者42例,分析CVC在肝硬化患者输液治疗过程中的优势、置管后护理要点、并发症及治疗措施。结果:42例患者中穿刺失败1例,疼痛5例,穿刺部位出血15例,静脉炎4例,非计划性拔管1例,导管相关血流感染1例,无导管堵塞发生。结论:CVC成功率高,并发症少,可减轻反复静脉穿刺的痛苦,避免静脉穿刺引起的医患纠纷。
Objective:To explore the application and nursing points of intravenous medication in patients with cirrhosis under central vein catheterization.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,42 cirrhotic patients with CVC were selected,we analyzed the advantages,nursing points,complications and treatment measures of CVC in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Results:There were 1 case of puncture failure,5 cases of pain,15 cases of bleeding at puncture site,4 cases of phlebitis,1 case of unplanned extubation,1 case of catheter-related bloodstream infection,there were no cases of catheter blockage.Conclusion:CVC has a high success rate and few complications,it can reduce the pain of repeated venipuncture and avoid some doctor-patient disputes caused by venipuncture.
