摘要 目的:评价个体化健康教育对社区糖尿病患者血糖管理的影响。方法:选取2018年1-9月社区糖尿病患者150例,随机分为两组,各75例。对照组给予一般健康教育,干预组给予个体化健康教育及每月1次集体健康教育相结合的宣传教育,共6个月。比较两组患者血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)],血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)],尿酸(UA)水平差异。结果:干预组教育后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、UA指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性,改善相关代谢指标异常情况,提高血糖达标率。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of individualized health education on blood glucose management in community diabetic patients.Methods:From January to September 2018,150 patients with diabetes in community were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given general health education and the intervention group was given individualized health education combined with once a month's group health education for six months totally.The difference of each biochemical indexes between the two groups was compared.Results:After the education,the indicator levels of the fasting blood glucose,2 hours blood sugar after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,glycerin trilaurate and purine trione in the intervention group were significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve the compliance of diabetic patients,improve the related metabolic abnormalities and increase the rate of blood sugar reaching the standard.
