内镜在耳鼻喉临床带教中的应用体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的:总结内镜技术在耳鼻喉临床带教中的应用体会。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年5月耳鼻喉科医学生80名,随机分为两组,各40名。对照组给予传统带教法,观察组给予夯实理论知识、模拟操作、现场观摩、亲身体验及指导的带教方法。比较两组带教效果。结果:观察组学生理论、技能操作、授课参与的测试成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生自信心、求知欲、探求疾病真相能力、诊断能力、临床指导能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夯实理论知识、模拟操作、现场观摩、亲身体验及指导的带教方法可以明显提高耳鼻喉内镜带教效果。 Objective:To summarize the application experience of endoscopic technique in clinical teaching of otolaryngology.Methods:From July 2018 to May 2019,80 teaching medical students of otolaryngology department were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching method,the observation group was given the teaching methods of tamping theoretical knowledge,simulation operation,on-site observation,firsthand experience and guidance.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The results of theoretical test,technical operation test and teaching participation test in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the students'self-confidence,the thirst for knowledge,the ability to seek the truth of disease,the ability of diagnosis and the ability of clinical guidance were all significantly higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching methods of tamping theoretical knowledge,simulation operation,on-site observation,firsthand experience and guidance can obviously improve the teaching effect of otolaryngology endoscopy.
