PDCA循环管理在降低住院患者用药错误的临床应用

Clinical application of PDCA circulation management in reducing medication errors of inpatients

目的:探究PDCA循环管理在降低住院患者用药错误的应用效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年6月共发生用药错误23例,应用PDCA循环管理进行回顾性分析,找出主因、制定计划、实施措施、检查落实、处理结果。对比运用PDCA循环管理前后,病区药品管理达标率及住院患者用药错误发生例数。结果:运用PDCA循环管理后,病区药品管理达标率由整改前的85%升至98%;管理后用药错误发生例数降至15例。结论:运用PDCA循环管理能够显著降低临床用药错误发生情况,保证患者用药安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of PDCA circulation management in reducing medication errors of inpatients.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2018,23 cases of medication errors occurred in our hospital,PDCA cycle management was used for retrospective analysis,we found out the main causes,made plans,implemented measures,checked the implementation and handled results.We compared the rate of reaching the standard of drug management in the ward and the number of cases of medication errors of inpatients before and after PDCA circulation management.Results:After PDCA circulation management,the drug management standard rate in the ward increased from 85% before rectification to 98%.From July 2018 to June 2019,the number of medication errors decreased to 15 cases.Conclusion:PDCA circulation management can significantly reduce the occurrence of clinical medication errors and ensure the safety of patients.
