摘要
为解决传统普通车床加工效率低、精度无法保证、加工条件局限性等问题,研究提出了两面钻中心孔机床总体设计方案、并详细介绍了钻削动力头的选择原则和夹具、床身、气动系统的设方案,动力头的选择原则,该方案设计的两面钻中心孔机床结构简单、适用性广,可供机械工程设计人员参考。
In order to solve the problems of low machining efficiency,inaccuracy and limitation of machining conditions of traditional general lathe,this paper studies and puts forward the overall design scheme of the two side drilling center hole machine tool,and introduces in detail the selection principle of drilling power head,the design scheme of fixture,bed,pneumatic system and the selection principle of power head.The structure of the two side drilling center hole machine tool designed in this scheme is simple and applicable It can be used as a reference for mechanical engineering designers.
