摘要
消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU)是困扰患者的常见疾病之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前治疗方案有中西医之别,与西医治疗方案相比,中医疗法疗效更显著且副作用小。文章从PU的病因病机出发,综述了近年来中医治疗PU的研究进展,总结中医治疗PU的经验,为PU的临床治疗提供参考。
Peptic ulcer(PU)is one of the common diseases of patients,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The current treatment program is different between traditional Chinese and western medicine.Compared to western medicine treatment,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy is remarkable and the side effect is smaller.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of PU,this paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PU in recent years,summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PU,and provides reference for the clinical treatment of PU.
