摘要
本研究以活动理论和共创性学习原理为主要分析框架,在案例企业的具体工作情境中阐释共创性学习的多层次互动过程,并从微观层次的主体行动展现了跨层次互动的活动结构,研究结论主要包括:(1)工作场所中知识型专业人才的共创性学习过程具有上下传动的多层互动特征,在“顾问—客户”共创性学习过程中,共创的主体性经历了始于客户活动系统,再向顾问活动系统转移,终向客户活动系统回归的“V型”轨迹;(2)咨询顾问活动系统和客户活动系统在共创性学习的过程中呈现了一种发展性的互动关系。
Taking the activity theory and the principle of expansive learning as the main theoretical frameworks,this study explains the multi-level interactive process of expansive learning in the workplace,and shows the framework of the cross-level interaction from the micro level of the subjective activities.It mainly finds:(1)In the workplace,the expansive learning process of knowledge-based professionals is characterized with the multi-level interaction between the up and down transmission.In the process of"consultant-client"expansive learning,the subjectivity of expansion has experienced a"V-shaped"trajectory that begins with the clients activity system,then transfers to the consultants activity system and finally returns back to the clients activity system;(2)The consultants activity system and the clients activity system present a relationship of developmental interaction in the process of expansive learning.
