The construction industry is an important economic pillar in China.With the rapid development of Chinese social economy,construction projects have been booming in recent years.As the construction period is relatively long and the site construction environment is relatively complex,it requires the construction unit to have certain standardization in its own development process,and improve the technical level in the construction process to ensure the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.This paper will start with the summary of prefabricated buildings and make a superficial analysis and exploration on their advantages and applications in construction management.
