摘要
在建筑工程造价管理中,施工阶段造价动态控制至关重要,能够有效优化施工成本,保证项目建设质量和施工效率,进而促进企业经济效益的提升。对此,本文首先对施工阶段的造价动态控制的原理进行介绍,然后对施工阶段的造价动态控制影响因素进行分析,并对建筑工程施工阶段造价控制优化对策进行详细探究。
In the construction project cost management,the dynamic control of construction cost is very important,which can effectively optimize the construction cost,guarantee the project construction quality and construction efficiency,and promote the improvement of enterprise economic benefits.In this regard,this paper firstly introduces the principle of dynamic control of construction cost,then analyzes the influencing factors of dynamic control of construction cost,and makes a detailed study on the cost control and optimization countermeasures in the construction stage of construction engineering.
