摘要
在我国的绝大多数高校里,学生都是住校生活和学习,高校食堂里的食品卫生安全就显得尤为重要,好的食品卫生环境可以为师生们的认真学习和工作奠定一个稳定的基础。然而高校食堂每天的食品消耗量都十分巨大,如何在提供美味食物的同时保证高校食堂食品卫生安全,是每个高校领导都要深思熟虑的问题。本文中,作者就高校食堂里食品卫生安全的管理现状和对策进行探讨,希望可以总结出相应的经验。
In the vast majority of colleges and universities of our country,students live and study on campus,therefore,college canteen food health and safety is particularly important.Good food hygiene environment can lay a stable foundation for teachers and students to study and work.However,the food consumption in college canteens is huge every day.How to guarantee the food hygiene and safety of college canteens while providing delicious food is a problem that every college leader should consider carefully.In this paper,the author discusses the current situation and countermeasures of food hygiene and safety management in college canteen,hoping to summarize the corresponding experience.
