摘要 在互联网+浪潮下,移动商务异军突起,传统产业纷纷寻求突破与发展,破解行业发展皮软,后劲不足的局面。昆明DB篮球公园作为产业的新生力量,结合区域特点,采用合作共赢的方式,最大化整合跨界资源,设计出了一个体现自身优势和符合消费者需求的商业模式,即使用微信公众号创建O2O的一站式服务平台,解决内部管理、会员管理、品牌推广、资源整合、商务合作、线上线下互动等一系列运营问题,成本低廉,操作快捷,服务专业,科技含量高,具有传统体育产业商业模式创新的代表性和典型性。 Under the tide of Internet+,mobile commerce rises suddenly,and traditional industries seek to break through and develop one after another,to break the situation that industry development is soft and lack of momentum.Kunming DB basketball park,the industry's new forces,combined with regional characteristics,adopt the way of winwin cooperation,to maximize the integration of cross-border resources,designed a business model that reflect its own advantages and can meet the demand of the consumer,which uses WeChat public,create O2O one-stop service platform,to solve the internal management,member management,brand promotion,resources integration,business cooperation,online interaction and a series of operational problems,with low cost,quick operation,professional service,high technology content,has the representative and typicality of traditional sports industry business model innovation.
