摘要 针对市场上现有血压监测仪实时性差的问题,基于单路光电容积脉搏波(PPG),设计了一款实时血压监测系统。利用Pulsesensor脉搏波传感器结合示波器采集PPG信号。在对脉搏波依次进行滤波、基线校准后,对波形特征点进行识别并计算特征参数。再以非实时测量得到的标准血压值作为因变量,相关性较强的特征参数作为自变量,用偏最小二乘法建立回归模型并以STM32为核心系统,设计了相应的实物。试验结果表明,血压实时监测系统以及回归方程与传统标准血压计的一致性较好,且测量误差满足美国医疗器械促进协会规定的ANSI/AAMI/ISO 81060-2标准,即平均误差不大于±5 mmHg,标准差不大于8 mmHg的范围。 Aiming at the problem of non-real-time blood pressure monitor in the market,this article designs a real-time blood pressure monitoring system based on single photoplethysmography(PPG). The PPG signal is acquired using the Pulsesensor pulse wave sensor combined with an oscilloscope. The feature points are identified and the parameters are calculated after the pulse wave is filtered and baseline calibrated. The standard blood pressure values obtained by non-real-time measurement are used as the dependent variables, and the characteristic parameters with strong correlation are used as the independent variables. The regression model is established by partial least squares method.With STM32 as the core system, the object is designed. The test shows that the BP real-time monitoring system and the regression equation are in good agreement with the standard sphygmomanometer, and the measurement error meets the ANSI/AAMI/ISO 81060-2 standard of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation, which means the average error is not more than ±5 mmHg, and the standard deviation is not more than 8 mmHg.
