中国农业企业对“一带一路”沿线国家对外直接投资区位选择问题研究

Analysis on the Location Choice of OFDI by Chinese Agricultural Enterprises in Countries along the Belt and Road

在"一带一路"倡议下,中国农业企业对"一带一路"沿线国家直接投资迅速发展,系统研究中国农业企业境外投资区位选择问题具有非常重要的意义。作为一种投资决策行为,企业的区位选择首先取决于企业的投资动机。文中归纳了中国农业企业对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资(OFDI)的三种主要动机,即:寻求互补资源、进入目标市场与获得战略资产;分析了不同的投资动机下,中国农业企业区位选择的决定因素与影响因素;以此为基础,构建起了适用于中国农业企业OFDI区位选择的"投资动机—区位决定因素—区位影响因素—投资区位"决策框架,并进一步给出了三种动机下中国农业企业对"一带一路"沿线国家直接投资的区位选择策略建议。

Under the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),Chinese agricultural enterprises(CAEs)have developed rapidly in outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)in countries along the BRI,and it is of great significance to systematically study the location choice of OFDI by CAEs.Based on the analysis of the motivation types of OFDI and the main factors of the location choice of OFDI by CAEs,this paper constructs an OFDI location choice decision-making framework suitable for the CAEs,in order to expand the FDI Location theory,and provide the scientific guidance for the CAEs who invest directly in countries along the BRI.
