摘要
MWR’s standardization deployment in 2020 After the institutional restructuring in 2018,MWR organized meetings to define the positioning of water resources reform in the national reform and realized the principal contradiction of water control has changed.Thus,the Ministry put forward the main principles in water resources reform,that is to improve weak Links in hydraulic engineering,and strengthen supervision and management of water resources industry.
