六味地黄丸对小鼠肠道酶活性的影响

摘要 目的:研究摄入不同浓度六味地黄丸对小鼠肠道酶活性、摄食量、体重、粪便含水量、健康状况的影响。方法:SPF级昆明小鼠随机分成空白和六味地黄丸低、中、高剂量组。低、中、高剂量组每天两次分别灌胃给予0.3024、0.6048、1.2096 g/(kg·d)的六味地黄丸混悬液,每次0.4 mL,空白组灌胃等量生理盐水,连续灌胃42 d取小鼠回肠至空肠段内容物,测小鼠肠道酶活性等指标并进行分析。结果:六味地黄丸中、高剂量组小鼠淀粉酶活性显著低于空白组(P<0.01或P<0.05);从灌胃第三周开始,中、高剂量组小鼠摄食量显著低于空白组(P<0.01);各组小鼠蛋白酶活性、体重、粪便含水量无统计学差异(P>0.05);各组小鼠实验期间健康状况较好。结论:适当摄入六味地黄丸有助于降低小鼠肠道淀粉酶活性,减少摄食量,但对小鼠蛋白酶活性、粪便含水量、体重、健康状况没有影响。 Objective:To explore the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan intake on intestinal enzyme activities,food intake,body weight,fecal water content and health status of mice.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into the blank group and the low,medium and high dose groups.The low,medium and high dose groups were given 0.3024,0.6048 and 1.2096 g/(kgod)of Liuwei Dihuang Wan suspension by gavage twice a day,0.4 mL each time.The blank group was given equal amount of normal saline.The contents of ileum to jejunum were taken from mice for 42 days after continuous gavage,and the activity of intestinal enzyme was measured and analyzed.Result:Amylase activity of mice in the middle and high dose Liuwei Dihuang Wan group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).From the third week of intragastric administration,the food intake of the middle and high dose group was significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in protease activity,body weight and fecal water content in each group(P>0.05).Mice in each group had better health during the experiment.Conclusion:Proper intake of Liuwei Dihuang Wan can reduce intestinal amylase activity and food intake in mice,but has no effect on protease activity,fecal water content,body weight and health status of mice.
